How long do we keep your personal data?

We may not keep personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we collect it. So the retention period may vary by purpose, and can sometimes be very short. For example, in order to fulfill our legal obligations (accounting and tax), we are required to keep your billing data for up to 7 years) or out of the legal necessity to keep certain data (in particular your contract, invoices and correspondence related to complaints about it) as evidence in case of disputes, up to a maximum of 10 years after termination of your contract.
